I waste the whole morning on translation quotes...

Poopup toast – container demo

Individuals, agencies, lawyers... Everyone needs your services. And thanks to the magic of the internet, they can write to you at any time, day or night. Whether it's an email, WhatsApp, or a form they found on some website... they're all demanding translations right away.

  • Calculating and confirming quotes
  • The translation itself
  • Managing deliveries
  • Preparing invoices

All of that, of course, while you still have to deal with new clients.

To solve all this workload involved in running a translation business, we've created Tradooz.

Manage your translation orders automatically

Enjoy peace of mind knowing you no longer have to waste time quoting or manually handling orders. At any time—whether it's a workday or not, morning or night—your clients can request translations and get an estimated delivery date straight from your account. Life is more than translating, and no one wants to miss it by constantly watching email notifications.

Here's how Tradooz helps you manage your orders better:

Automate quotes

First things first: say goodbye to manual quotes.
Clients will be able to get a quote, upload their files, pay it, and the charge will only hit their credit card once you review the order and give the final OK.

Fechas de entrega

Haz estimaciones de fechas de entrega automáticamente

En base a la combinación de idiomas, el tipo de documento y el número de páginas, puedes configurar tu cuenta para dar una estimación de fecha de entrega sin que el cliente tenga que esperar a que te pongas en contacto contigo.

Automatic, secure payments

Forget checking your bank site or phone notifications all day to see if you've been paid and can start translating. We've built the tool with a payment gateway so clients complete the payment directly without having to contact you. The money goes straight to your bank account.

Acepta o cancela pedidos en cualquier momento

Si tienes un pedido que no puedes aceptar, puedes cancelarlo en cualquier momento. No hay ningún tipo de comisión ni para el traductor ni el cliente cuando se cancel un pedido.

Charge more depending on urgency

Some clients want their orders done yesterday. Does a 50% markup seem too little for making you work more over the weekend? Then charge them 75%, or whatever you think—it's your time.
Set the extra percentages you want to charge for rush jobs. The key is to give them options, but if they want something faster than usual, you know—speed comes at a price.

Automatic notifications

Communication above all: a client who doesn't know where their order stands is an uneasy client even if you deliver on time. Not only will your clients have a page where they can see the status of their order at any time, but we'll also send them automatic notifications with every update you make to the order.

Got questions? We've got answers!

What is Tradooz?

A tool that lets you create your own website to manage translation orders. Your clients can get a quote directly, complete the payment, send the documents to be translated, and get notified when the translation is ready.

Is it free?

We offer a free plan and a paid plan.

The free plan has limits—such as the number of orders you can handle per month—and includes a 10 % fee on every order.

The paid plan, on the other hand, carries no commission on the order beyond what the payment gateway may charge.

Do I have to be a sworn translator?

No. You can handle any kind of translation orders.

What are language pairs?

A pair is the combination of two languages—the one you translate from and the one you translate into. For example, if you translate from French to Spanish, the pair is “French > Spanish”.

How do I set what I charge for each pair?

When you create your language pairs, you can specify a price per page.

Okay, and if I charge by document type?

Create different document types in the app and assign each a price. Clients choose the document type when placing an order.

I already manage my orders by email—how will this help?

You save time, automate tasks you used to do manually, and give your clients more control over their order.

When orders come in by email, clients must send you the document, wait for you to review it, for you to send a quote, then wait for payment (or worse, place the order and only pay after delivery).

With Tradooz, clients get the quote directly on your site, upload the documents, and receive a delivery date once they’ve paid.

What happens when I receive an order?

When a client places an order through your account, we put a hold on the quoted amount on their credit card. You get a notification and, after reviewing the request, can accept or cancel it.

If you accept, we capture the charge. The amount—minus the payment-gateway fee or Tradooz commission on the free plan—will be available for withdrawal to your bank in 5 business days.

If you cancel, we release the hold and automatically email the client to let them know the order was canceled. No fees apply to either party.

Si cancelas un pedido, desbloqueamos el cargo que se la habia hecho al cliente y le enviamos un email automáticamente indicándole la cancelación del mismo. No hay ningún tipo de comisión ni para el traductor ni el cliente cuando se cancel un pedido.
